| Eminem has been asked to appear in an Irish court, following the 2005 cancellation of a show at Slane Castle.
The rap superstar is at the centre of a $3 million compensation lawsuit, after he pulled the gig on his Anger Management tour citing "exhaustion.
The High Court in Ireland have requested he gives evidence at the trial, which will see promoters MCD seeking to recoup funds from three insurance companies.
The promoters claim they have still not been refunded by the London-based firms, after 80,000 tickets for the concert became invalid.
Justice Peter Kelly has rejected Eminem's appeal to give his evidence in private, insisting the rapper's contribution to the trial is "possibly crucial." | |
